Magnesite alumina spinel brick introduction
Magnesite alumina spinel brick is a high-grade basic refractory brick with magnesia and spinel as the main raw minerals, which is formed by high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering, and at the same time, specific mineralization agent is added to directly combine the crystal phase particles of the products.
The production process of magnesite alumina spinel refractory brick is basically the same as that of ordinary magnesite brick, but the particles at all levels in the ingredients are composed of sintered synthetic spinel or electrofused spinel, or both. Powder can be used after 1000 ℃ ~ 1400 ℃ synthetic light burning spinel, Mg and Al2O3 mix is also available.
In addition, there is a newly developed magnesite hercynite brick, which is made from high-purity natural sintered magnesia and hercynite spinel. It is more flexible. Due to the use of hercynite spinel, it also has a better ability to form coating in cement rotary klin.
